Absolutely! Among other things, the 3D sensors can meausre your Kinematic Sequence, Rotational Speeds, X-Factor and X-Factor Stretch. By properly accelerating and decelerating your pelvis, torso and lead arm, you can gain speed almost instantly. Just adding a few degrees of X-Factor Stretch creates a whip like effect that most amateurs are leaving in the bag. Yes. The system identifies the specific body movements that you are making that can lead to hooks—like early deceleration of the body or improper angles of the torso and pelvis—and helps you adjust with clear feedback.
